B2C Maintenance When an order is received, it can be managed by an internal CSR using B2C Maintenance in QAD CSS. This screen shows all the users associated with the B2C security group. B2C Maintenance When the Extend button displays in the Extend to ERP column, the order has not yet been submitted to QAD EA. Typically the CSR would click Search in the Check Orders column to review a user’s order. This displays all orders for the selected user in a browse. Note: This function is also available directly on the menu. It is useful in a standard B2B environment for viewing order information and required if Post to QAD Core is No in Order Control Maintenance. In this case, B2B orders must also be reviewed before submission, even for existing customers.
