Order Entry

This Order Entry page lets you order by item number. If you know exactly which items you want to order, you can enter item numbers directly. It is useful if you always order the same items, or if you are ordering from a printed catalog. It is also known as heads-down order entry.

Note The UI elements you see on this page may vary depending on the user ID with which you logged in.

To place orders by item number:

1 Enter a valid item number and quantity; then click Enter.

2 The item number and quantity you specified display in the list below.

3 To remove an entry from the list, click the Remove mark for the line item.

4 Click Submit to add all items in the list to your shopping cart.

Note Invalid item numbers will not be successfully submitted.
