Order by Customer

Use Order by Customer to view detailed order information grouped by customer.

The Order by Customer request screen lets you find orders using order number, order date, and purchase order number searches. Search results will show only the orders matching the search criteria.

1 Enter the order number range for the report.

2 Enter the order date range for the report.

3 Enter the purchase order number range for the report.

4 Indicate whether to include allocated, picked, unprocessed, and shipped items in the report.

5 Indicate whether to display comments in the report.

6 For configurable items, indicate whether to show configuration details in the report.

Note: Only after you select Show Order Detail can you select Include Configuration Details

7 Click Submit to generate the report according to the selection criteria.
